Description

A two-piece keepsake gift for the North Carolina baby, made for swaddling and every mealtime after:

  • Swaddle blanket (newborn to ~3 months) — 47" x 47" soft muslin bamboo/organic cotton blend
  • Burp cloth/bib combo (feeding companion through the first year) — 24" x 10", same muslin bamboo/organic cotton blend
  • Machine washable, breathable

On the design:

  • North Carolina State outline with Mountain to Sea/Beach illustration
  • Cape Hatteras Lighthouse
  • Kitty Hawk Plane flying a banner that says “#1” (they were first in flight)
  • Basketball as an accent element (top college sport)
  • Donuts (Krispy Kreme headquartered there)
  • motorboat for fishing that says Tarheels (state nickname)
  • Race Cars for NASCAR (one with the words “PANTHERS” on the side and a panther on the hood and one with “SWEET” on the side and a sweet potato on the hood (NC is number one supplies of sweet potatoes in the US))

Customers praised this muslin swaddle and bib set as "super soft" with "beautiful design and high quality." The lightweight fabric is ideal for warm weather, and the state-themed designs photograph beautifully. Most shoppers loved the originality and vibrant colors. However, one customer reported poor durability with Velcro damage.

  • The fabric is so soft and cuddly. The swaddle blanket is a great size and big.
  • Beautiful design and high quality.
  • Got so many compliments, it's now my go to gift for expecting mamas.

Soft and sweet

I received my Little Hometown Baby Muslim Swaddle! I bought one for my new grandaugther and one as a gift. They are just beautiful. The colors are vivid and fresh. We love the light weight of the swaddle, which we use to protect from sun or as a shield from light wind. Its the perfect weight for warm and humid days and nights here in NC.

Gift for our grandson

I gave this same gift to a daughter in law in June. And now the newest grandson will receive one in November. All 4 of the parents are UNC grads so I know they will love it.

So cute & cuddly!

This was my second order and I love it! The fabric is so soft and cuddly. The swaddle blanket is a great size and big. Love that the burp cloth/bib is so big too! I have a squirmy baby who doesn't like burping so I need bigger burp clothes to make sure it catches any spit up and this one works great! Plus the designs are just as adorable in person. The personalization for each state is probably my favorite with these!

I loved this set so much and got so many compliments, it’s now my go to gift for expecting mamas. The swaddle is a great size and the pictures on it photograph beautifully. I also love the bib. It’s a larger size which grows well with babe. Very happy with this purchase!

Poor quality

Not soft and took a shocking amount of damage when it accidentally touched some Velcro. Design is cute but really disappointed in quality.
