Hole in onesie

Received very cute onesie except it had two small holes in the lower half, I have sent several emails and still haven’t heard back. I will gladly return it for a replacement but it is hard to get any response. This was a gift and I missed giving it at her shower because I can’t get anyone to answer me. Very disappointed
