Cutest AZ theme swaddle set

Feedback from my new mom friend who received the gift, the AZ-themed swaddle set is perfect - adorable designs and super soft and snuggly fabric. The only issue was even though I included a gift message, I don't think it was included. I followed up with my friend a month after it was delivered to make sure she received it. She did and loves the set, but there was no information saying who the gift was from so she and her husband didn't know who to thank. I'd like to order more gifts from little hometown for other expecting mom friends, but am hesitant only b/c I don't want this to happen again. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback.
